      What error do you get when switching to prod and try to login?
      Did you checked if some errors are present in server error log or developer console?

      When you edit DEV to PROD do you clear also cache before login?
      Are you sure to use the correct operator login link and not the customer login link?

      Microsoft blocks IMAP Port for basic authentication. im sure the problem will rise again. to avoid this just enable MFA on your office 365 email and create an app password.

      microsoft tends to do so to push all people to use the modern authentication method. ive been in your shoes.

      I don't know what the cause can be but again can be a server configuration issue as in the browser console I see you have mixed content issue.. some elements are not correctly loaded with HTTPS and is the browser that try to force HTTPS.

      If you also faced some issue while transferring the UVdesk install to the new server and miss some files or some part of the database because of skipped errors, you can have issues as well.

      Does the following command not use swiftmailer normal email sending?

      php bin/console swiftmailer:email:send

      When using this with my configuration everything works using AWS SES so it doesn't make sense that I'd need to do anything special unless i need to reformat like 464 as you describe. I'll try to determine how to do that. The reference link you sent is fairly vague and I'm not a php developer so I'll play with this a bit more but so far (I'm guessing I just need to fix which fields are passed such as the sender), I keep getting failures when I clear cache so I'm concerned I'm breaking other things.

      I placed the CSS code into CSS section in branding so I will not loose changes when updating UVdesk.

      I also used left: -55px because looks better on showing all smiles.

      Please locate path in your project.

      vendor/uvdesk/Services/TicketService.php

      Open TicketService.php and Replace it from here.

      Save the file and try again.

      @sanjeev, Thanks again for helping me out with this, once I change .htaccess file adding random text I get 500 internal server error. I will check apache configuration and htaccess file as well and will share with you my findings.
