99% of those with medium-large sites have only one who is responsible for answering the questions who is also the owner.

Couldn't you have a code that only shows the first few words of the answer and then lets the customer go to the site? -

Disable attachments
It would be great if you could disable the sending of attachments by admin.
Not everyone needs to have attachments uploaded.
