      There are two ways you can update the account owner/Agent

      1. Go to agent/account owner profile and update the email address.
      2. Login to database, and inside the uv_user_instance update the support_role_id which you want to assign for that user eg; https://prnt.sc/1jaeeme

      you just need to check for the apache configurationn and make sure the php version in apache and CLI in both should be same.

      • Download the uvdesk using composer

      composer create-project uvdesk/community-skeleton helpdesk-project

      • You may also download it directly from zip file
        https://www.uvdesk.com/en/opensource/

      • Now serve your project on the browser and follow the installation steps, for more help read the guide below

      Yes, the demo is not updated yet, this will be updated after the upcoming release.

      • BCC/CC both user should not receive customer ticket link access on email, this has been raised on github https://github.com/uvdesk/core-framework/issues/350

      • CC user can only access the ticket directly by login if they are already added as collaborator in the same ticket https://prnt.sc/10b7q62 , else the email received by CC users will be the same as received to BCC.

      • I have tested the by adding CC user in ticket and email is successfully sent, so kindly check again with updated bundles of uvdesk.
