Yes, the demo is not updated yet, this will be updated after the upcoming release.
BCC/CC both user should not receive customer ticket link access on email, this has been raised on github https://github.com/uvdesk/core-framework/issues/350
CC user can only access the ticket directly by login if they are already added as collaborator in the same ticket https://prnt.sc/10b7q62 , else the email received by CC users will be the same as received to BCC.
I have tested the by adding CC user in ticket and email is successfully sent, so kindly check again with updated bundles of uvdesk.
