I'm using UVdesk version 1.1, Composer version 2.3.4 and PHP version 7.4.3

I was unable to debug the issue because currently the.env file is configured to "prod". If I changed it to "dev", the composer sends out an error.
I don't know if this composer errors are related to my issue

I saw this feature on the uvdesk website https://www.uvdesk.com/en/features/company-setting/ but not in the uvdesk opensource.
It is nice to have in the opensource version of UVdesk. In my current UVdesk opensource implementation, I haven't seen this features yet.
If this is not possible, could someone please point me in the direction of where I can find the codes for these features so that I can customize them on my own?

Centos 8 support as been ended so I suggest to evaluate the migration to a different operative system if you care about security of your server. Read more here - how relevant this is to UVdesk?
PHP 7.4 will soon be deprecated, consider to upgrade also your PHP version. Read more info about end of life of PHP here. The minimum requirements of uvdesk are listed below
I think i need a developer comment stating that a certain php 7.4 function is causing my issue and the only way to solve it is to upgrade from php 7.4 to php 8 otherwise my system will stay as is.

The user has replied the ticket using email but the administrator cannot view the reply of the user in the ticket view. Also the encircled part is non-clickable.

Also why only 1 out of 6 emails are being converted to ticket?
