      I'm not part of the UVdesk staff but I'm just providing help here, you get a reply from a UVdesk staff member that suggested to share some file content by ticketing.

      I cannot help more unfortunately and also if this topic still be flagged as unsolved I dont think you will get more help.

      Solved or not is just a way to help understand topics with a staff reply or topic that still need the Staff attention.

      Usually UVdesk staff reply to tickets but you may need have patience as the reply is not maybe so fast. Developers and staff can be busy.

      Closing as resolved as no other action will be maybe made by the UVdesk staff, of cure this issue is not resolved and maybe will be one day when an update will add support for PHP 8.2 allowing to keep the server upgraded and updated.

      Currently we have used swift mailer normal email sending process in code as we are sending email using this.

      For Amazon AWS you need to update some code for the same to send using Amazon AWS here.

      It may be due to two reasons:

      site_url is not correct.

      Processing of ticket conversion URL is blocked due to any security reason.

      Once check your site URL follow this path:

      uvdesk.yaml file config/packages/uvdesk.yaml and find site_url, enter the localhost or domain path till public, and make sure you have removed http://

      For example: localhost/folder_name/public

      You can clear the cache with the php command:

      php bin/console c:c

      Also, you can create a new project with the latest release updates.

      I see this topic has not been replied by the uvdesk staff but I suppose you was in contact by ticket or other channel.

      I flagged the topic as resolved, this means the staff has been already read and replied here also if a solution has not been found. This sometimes happen.

      I'm sorry for the issue with the field that get not recognized, currently I don't have any suggestion to give to you as I'm not a developer.

      I hope you will find a good way or maybe you can try to report the issue you are having on the GitHub project as BUG or feature request: https://github.com/uvdesk/community-skeleton/issues but the fix or the implementetion are not sure and can take a long time.

      Be please sure to not include any special character in the database password... this can cause issues to UVdesk but I don't think is this the cause of your error but just be sure to avoid special characters.

      Special characters are very good in passwords but UVdesk doesn't manage they well.

      Thanks for reporting this bug we will remove none option from there.

      Actually you have selected "Encryption Mode - None" for swift-mailer.
      And swift mailer does not support encryption none .

      so you just need to locate and open file swiftmailer.yaml under
      config->packages in your project.

      Now change encryption to tls or ssl instead of none as per support by your email server and save your file.

      Now run your project and error will be removed.

      UVdesk is improving so I belive this may be implemented in not too far future.
      For now still have no ETA but I feel positive.

      Locate path in your project:
      vendor/uvdesk/mailbox-component/Services/MailboxService.php

      open MailboxService.php and add some line of code here which we are writing below.

      $autoReplyEmail = $parser->getHeader('auto-submitted'); if ($autoReplyEmail && $autoReplyEmail == "auto-generated" ) { return; }

      But above code will block all auto generated emails and will not create a ticket if auto-submitted header with value auto-generated exist with your mail row content.

      You can add below conditions for stopping such auto emails from a particular domain as well by adding below code.
      Example - for zendesk and zohodesk

      $autoReplyEmail = $this->Parser->getHeader('auto-submitted'); if ($autoReplyEmail && $autoReplyEmail == "auto-generated") { $implodeMessageId = explode('@', $mailData['referenceIds']); if ($implodeMessageId[1] == 'desk-mailer.zohodesk.com>' || $implodeMessageId[1] == 'zendesk.com>') { return; } }

      I found the problem . After I restore database from old system , mailer_id changes in uvdesk.yalm !
      I reconfigured the swift mail, when I install version 1.0.18 . So, id was different with the old one .

      Currently is not not possible to have this feature with opensource as it is much time taking feature to add into project with some more dependencies to setup other requirements.

      @ricsca I love this forum and is not the only forum i know, maybe was hard for you to understand just because you usually use a different forum software.

      phpbb, mybb are not responsive forum and today have a responsive software, on my point of view, is essential.

      At the moment I don't think the forum must be improved as is perfect as it is.
      I know also about flarum, discourse forum.. those, as this current forum, are all modern responsive forum that I think are good.

      Maybe you need just take some patience when you use something new (like also UVdesk) because is normal to have some confusion and not all clear, at the start.

      Remember please also that all is offered here is for free from a busy team that has also to work on paid product and give support to the paid customers. 😊

      As I told I think feedbacks are welcome but personally I don't agree on heard that some other not responsive forum are better than this platform.
