      @peopleinside Dear Admin, i couldn't get the help needed before i opened a topic here. once i did i got the help and attention needed. the ticketing staff are layabout. I've been trying to seek help from the ticketing staff for the last 2 weeks and i have hired 3 freelancers with no luck, until i found this forum. anyway, thank you we decided to dump uvesk project as its not stable and the paid support service is very poor.

      kindly see below when trying to fetch emails

      1. Processing uvdesk mailbox configuration.

      2. Opening imap stream...

      3. IMAP stream opened.

      4. Fetching Email collection since 01 November 2022.

      5. Total fetched email -> 3

      6. Starting to convert Emails into Tickets ->

      Converting email 1 out of 3.

      Error ->

      C:\Bitnami\wampstack-8.1.11-0\apache2\htdocs\ticket>

      @Komal-Sharma the apps shown in my webkul store are version 1.1.0 couldnt find the 1.11

      so, i couldn't continue the changes mentioned above. please advise. if you would like to have a small call to sort this out quickly i don't mind.

      Microsoft blocks IMAP Port for basic authentication. im sure the problem will rise again. to avoid this just enable MFA on your office 365 email and create an app password.

      microsoft tends to do so to push all people to use the modern authentication method. ive been in your shoes.

      before installing the modules everything was working fine.

      after installing modules no matter which module i install. i get this error when trying to open the ticket or create a new ticket.

      kindly need your support. ive been hiring freelancer for the last week with no luck !
