      Clear the cache of project using this command:

      php bin/console c:c

      in your project root directory. Now try setup again of UVdesk.

      Try with 2 method: Manual Setup:
      Make a try once manual setup of UVdesk.
      Check the below link for the manual setup from here

      Note: Once you clear the cache of your browser and the project cache.

      This kind of workflow based on the time ticket is opened without a reply or a status change is amazing but currently not suopported on the open source version of UVdesk.

      I never tested UVdesk in localhost. What is the PHP version used?
      Maybe do you have some issue with .htaccess file.

      If no replies from developers here I suggest to test the software on the server, if is possible.
      Free support about the open source can be limited, if you need more deep help you may reach the UVdesk team.

      Developers should reply to this post in the next hours / days but there is no guarantee.
      I remember you UVdesk has also a hosted version: https://www.uvdesk.com/en/pricing/

      As I understand your issue, Follow the below solution:

      The latest version of "doctrine/doctrine-fixtures-bundle" is not compatible with UVdesk. As this release came in the last week.

      You can fixed this issue by changing the version in composer.json in uvdesk:

      "doctrine/doctrine-fixtures-bundle": "^3.4", **TO** "doctrine/doctrine-fixtures-bundle": "3.4.1",

      After Updating the changes in composer.json. Simply, run the composer update command in your project root directory.

      I Hope, This will resolve your issue.

      If you can maybe a short video or GIF also.
      Also be sure the browser affected is updated and be sure the issue cannot be caused by some active extension.

      I'm also on Ubuntu and Plesk and I use composer 2.0 latest version so I don't think the issue is updating composer. Composer should/must be updated!

      UVDesk is such a good functional software. Id go with the hosted one on their site, but our company usually hosts their own software for privacy reasons and to own and solely access confidential information that should not be accessible to anyone.

      Yes... umh I'm not into business but I host the UVdesk by myself for that reason šŸ™‚ and also because I cannot pay a plan.

      Yes maybe not easy but I know some other software, help desk too that I'm not able to install because is harder and harder. 😊

      Are you able to log in to dev mode?

      If not, please make a try the below methods:

      Check your read/write permissions enable or not in the .env file

      In the last cache clear of your project with this command:

      php bin/console c:c

      and try again.

      We can check a ticket by created date before and after but we are not calculating how many days there is no activity on tickets.

      So unfortunately it will not work for now.
