      As I checked I also found the same issue . For this issue i have made some changes
      So please do it step by step . it will work for you .

      1. Open MailboxService.php file . follow the given path :
        project-name\vendor\uvdesk\mailbox-component\Services\MailboxService.php

      2. Take backup of this file .

      3. Copy the file from here.

      4. Paste it in your file .

      5 . Run php bin/console c:c & then php bin/console uvdesk:refresh-mailbox xyz@gmail.com.

      hope it will work for you. if not please let me know.

      Can you please tell us, what issue are you facing in configuring workflow?

      Have you set up the mailbox & swift mailer to get the notification and send notifications on ticket creation, reply, Agent added, customer added &, etc?

      If i am not wrong, you was pass the wrong email address
      test@example.com => support@example.info

      As i can see in the above settings, your email address is support@example.info & you are trying with test@example.com.

      Run the below command:
      php /home/accountname/public_html/desk/bin/console uvdesk:refresh-mailbox support@example.info

      @Ricsca This is the feature in uvdesk that a customer can reply from email as well.

      For that reply, you should have alredy setup that mailbox & cron job which will help you to convert mails into ticket or thread.

      Are you aware from that, if yes then we also provide you that solution that only shows the first few words of the answer

      Below are the following hardware requirement for uvdesk:
      Processor: 1.60GHz or higher
      RAM: 3GB or higher

      If your system hardware matched the above specification then It should work smooth with 30/100 tickets as well.

      @Ricsca As I understand your concern, you want only few words of thread in notification email. So that the user can come to website to see the whole message.
