Solved Traduction of the UI

Hi everyone, im new here, there is any official traducion of the interface?
If i want to for example, changing the text on the buttons in the customer panel what files im going to mod? I have some past web developer experience but my memory isnt good and im completely new at this system. Im currently an IT technician and i want to use this instrument for help me managing the work, but in my workplace a big part of the people are old and don't understand or are unfamiliar with the english.

@peopleinside Thanks for the fast reply, wow im so glad it's already supported, great work guys!
I noticed that the files are already in the folder, gonna find out myself how to activate it, but if someone can give some tips I'll be happy.
The language I need is italian.
Edit: ok already finded the guide it can be choose just from the administration panel cool one cool one
