Hello,
I want to add a workflow for escalation. My scenario is "If a ticket is open for more than 1 day, an email should be send to Manager.
I couldn't found a workflow event and condition for this.How can I code this Condition? any leads?

This kind of workflow based on the time ticket is opened without a reply or a status change is amazing but currently not suopported on the open source version of UVdesk. -
