      Hi @blckhwk ,
      unfortunately the open source version is limited respect the hosted version.

      Some feature are not implemented and there is no way to tell you how to implement it or will be simply implemented for all if was so easy to do.

      The SLA feature has been already requested https://github.com/uvdesk/community-skeleton/issues/291 but for now will be not implemented.

      If you need customization you can try to ask to the commercial support, this may help the project and maybe will be solve your request. You can ask for that in a ticket to the UVdesk team if you want to contribute to have the customization, if this will be possible for developers.

      I'm also on Ubuntu and Plesk and I use composer 2.0 latest version so I don't think the issue is updating composer. Composer should/must be updated!

      UVDesk is such a good functional software. Id go with the hosted one on their site, but our company usually hosts their own software for privacy reasons and to own and solely access confidential information that should not be accessible to anyone.

      Yes... umh I'm not into business but I host the UVdesk by myself for that reason šŸ™‚ and also because I cannot pay a plan.

      Yes maybe not easy but I know some other software, help desk too that I'm not able to install because is harder and harder. 😊

      Are you able to log in to dev mode?

      If not, please make a try the below methods:

      Check your read/write permissions enable or not in the .env file

      In the last cache clear of your project with this command:

      php bin/console c:c

      and try again.

      If your email cert is not valid you can try to add SSL exception: novalidate-cert (this is less good for security)

      {imap.mail.yahoo.com:993/imap/ssl/novalidate-cert}INBOX

      If this never solve please remove novalidate-cert as this made security lower.

      @admin As always I get errors, server all server down.
      Upgrade UVdesk is too much problematic!

      Never work the upgrade procedure for me.

      Update: finally I upgraded generating the folder from a local install than replaced files following the tutorial above mentioned by admin.

      Bulk agent creation is not possible but you can create one by one using command.

      You need to provide email and password using console don't need to follow full process of password setup using received link.

      Open your CMD and navigate to your project route.
      Now run below command to create agent and setup email and password for them.

      php bin/console uvdesk_wizard:defaults:create-user ROLE_AGENT

      If so maybe your email settings in SMTP are not correct.

      Yes IMAP is only for incoming email.

      Near the smile icon check if you can see, here in the forum, the icon to upload an image. Be sure no sensible data are present.

      @vipin Hi, today I tried to give an hand for help @Ricsca with remote support AnyDesk.

      @Ricsca is using a shared hosting, seems so I was able to set a cronjob and have the output sent by email. I discovered in the host field, email settings need add the novalidate-cert

      with this edit now UVdesk read emails of @Ricsca but ticket still not get created.

      I checked the site URL and is correct, I tried to add /public/ to the URL but same results: ticket not created.

      Can open a ticket but you don't need only access to UVdesk maybe but also to the user hosting... and this may be a problem I think. I looked remotely with Anydesk, I also followed the link topic above by replacing RefreshMailboxCommand.php and replace its code from here but no particular error messages was printed.
