      I'm closing this as resolved.
      Maybe if in the future this feature will be useful someone can request on GitHub.
      For now there are issue with major priority like bug resolution and basic function implementation.

      @Nuran Please don't post URL to other external website, other help desk platform or seems your profile is mading spam.
      I edited the URL in your message.

      I don't know how to help. UVdesk load the basic Knowledge page when you load the main address.
      You want redirect this to the customer login page? Maybe in this case you can see if you can manage your hosting to do a redirect but should be ok simply use UVdesk as is. Seems you are asking a customization so I cannot help with that. Maybe you can try to wait a UVdesk team reply but again, seems you are asking for a customization...

      If you run an help desk system is normal that the main page will be the main page of the Help desk system.

      If when you load yourhelpdeskdomain.ext want load yourhelpdeskdomain.ext/member/login you need put a redirect on your hosting.

      On Apache you should be able to do this with a redirect. you can search how on Google.
      "redirect with htaccess" or some panel do allow do this by using the web interface.

      @Ajonymous in this case I don't know how to help, let's hear @Sanjeev
      In the future UVdesk team can create a clear cache button in operator side so this will be useful for users that cannot clear cache by SSH. I know another Open Source project that has done this 🙂

      First my native language: Italian than English.

      I placed the CSS code into CSS section in branding so I will not loose changes when updating UVdesk.

      I also used left: -55px because looks better on showing all smiles.

      Login to database, open uv_user table and search email id of account owner now here after search note id of user.

      Now open uv_user_instance and search user id which you got from uv_user table once done update that row and make support_role_id to 3
