Hello, added the Custom Fields plugin to our Open-Source UVDesk. The issue that we are having is that when using the Ticket Search Bar, the data entered into the custom fields is not searchable. Ex. We use Service Tags for devices, and we cannot search the Service Tag to pull up the Ticket. Any advice would be greatly helpful, thanks.
