Solved PHP Mailparser in Windows environment

Hello all,

WAMP Stack by BitNami has been discontinued and I have have been unsuccessful getting the PHP-Mailparser extension to work on either WAMPSERVER 3.3.0 or XAMPP 7.4.33.

Any suggestions or additional information I need to provide?
