      I see this topic has not been replied by the uvdesk staff but I suppose you was in contact by ticket or other channel.

      I flagged the topic as resolved, this means the staff has been already read and replied here also if a solution has not been found. This sometimes happen.

      I'm sorry for the issue with the field that get not recognized, currently I don't have any suggestion to give to you as I'm not a developer.

      I hope you will find a good way or maybe you can try to report the issue you are having on the GitHub project as BUG or feature request: https://github.com/uvdesk/community-skeleton/issues but the fix or the implementetion are not sure and can take a long time.

      @rbecera Hi, I'm happy you found a way to customize the label also if, edit core code will be lost once you will upgrade UVdesk.

      Currently I don't think there is a function in the UI that allow the field label customization 😊

      @omerparlak I hope the UVdesk team can reply to you but sometimes I see not every time a reply seems is made. The free support can be limited.

      I see that this mobile app has been not updated since 2020 so maybe is no more actively developed. This is what I see from the GitHub repo https://github.com/uvdesk/mobile-app

      Yes, once you try with the increase PHP's maximum usable memory capacity with this variable limit also MAX_URI_LENGTH limit.

      Also, you can check it in your php.ini file, dom extension is installed or not.

      If not installed, first you will be installed dom extension in your php file.

      You have verified the curl and dom extension is installed or not. For checking the extension follow the below command:

      $ php -m

      If curl extension is not installed then follow the below command for installed curl extension:

      $ sudo apt install php7.4-curl
