      thanks for the update. Sorry, I don't have knowledge about Docker.

      For run UVdesk you need a database.
      I know UVdesk is working for me but I'm not using Docker.

      I cannot understand well your last reply, sorry.
      I don't think the SSL certificate issue is caused by UVdesk, can be caused by your server email configuration issue. In this case I suggest to find someone that can help you to fix the certificate error.

      If this is an error that is from UVdesk I may not be able to help.

      One of a possible issue is run the clear cache command from root user and not from the normal user that is not root.

      I'm not sure this will cause an issue but maybe I remember experienced something.. so I try always to run SSH command as not root user this because some files can be edited or created with root user and then the normal user will have issue running that.

      I use UVdesk on Apache server with PHP 8.3 and I don't have currently issue but.. mine install in quite old... means I just upgraded to the last. I remember the last time I tried to install UVdesk I had issues as well.

      @ninjasl I dont know why you get error with Gmail.
      Have you tried to change the selection from Gmail to SMTP and insert in the host field

      {imap.gmail.com:993/imap/ssl}INBOX

      Do you have the possibility to try to configure maybe a your custom domain email or a different email provider?

      What version of PHP are you running?
      Please be sure to use a supported version, more info can be found here: https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php

      How did you install UVdesk: GithHub SSH, Docker, FTP?

      Currently there is no developers and UVdesk staff member that are replying in the forum. On localhost I stopped to install UVdesk because of issues also with mailparse support.

      You can try to check if there are some error log that can help you.
      Unfortunately I'm not a developer or a UVdesk staff member but just a passionate UVdesk user that try to help in this forum.

      I'm sorry for this issue.

      Have you check the developer browser console to see if you can find something that can help you to understand what can be wrong? Also try to check server error logs.

      @leokhan the first time you installed it was working and only creating issue on operator login?

      After that time you are no more able to setup a clean install of UVdesk?

      I'm very sorry for all this issues.
      What version of PHP are you using?

      Be sure to use a supported PHP version: https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php

      Be sure also to have not some custom rules in .htaccess that can cause the login issue.

      Unfortunately I'm not a developer and I'm not part of the UVdesk team. I'm just a passionate user who use UVdesk and helps here in the community!
      Since some weeks seems UVdesk staff is no more present on the forum so we are missing help from UVdesk staff and developers. We hope all together someone of the UVdesk team can come back on the forum to reply to post and to help users. This should happen but I have no eta, no idea about when will be.

      Hi and thank you for your message, I hope your day is going well!
      I'm sorry for the issue faced, seems PHP has ended the free memory.
      Have you tried to restart the server, if is possible?

      You can maybe try to restart PHP and Apache service if you cannot restart the server.
      The error seems caused by the slowdown of the server that you are mentioning.

      Seems you are not using the latest updated UVdesk, I just inform you the latest version is of June 2023 and is 1.1.3

      I suggest also to use an updated version of PHP, check here: https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php

      Please let me know if restart the server, use an updated version of PHP and UVdesk help to resolve the issue.

      Before wish my best luck I want remind you I'm not part of the UVdesk team.
      Currently there is some weeks that UVdesk staff is no more present in the community, we hope and wait they can come back.

      I'm not a developer so I just try to help with my limited knowledge.
      I currently I'm using UVdesk on my small and personal website with no much traffic.
      I'm not facing issues.

      I'm running UVdesk 1.1.3 and PHP 8.3

      I don't know what the cause can be but again can be a server configuration issue as in the browser console I see you have mixed content issue.. some elements are not correctly loaded with HTTPS and is the browser that try to force HTTPS.

      If you also faced some issue while transferring the UVdesk install to the new server and miss some files or some part of the database because of skipped errors, you can have issues as well.

      Did you checked if some errors are present in server error log or developer console?

      When you edit DEV to PROD do you clear also cache before login?
      Are you sure to use the correct operator login link and not the customer login link?
