Let us know which version of uvdesk you are using. Also, you have followed the below blog for swiftmailer setup:

Can you please share a screenshots of the swiftmailer, mailbox, and email settings option.

I'm also getting the same issue when configuring the gmail account with SwiftMailer, Mail Box and Email configuration. Please help me to resolve this issue.

@ninjasl are you using the app password or your Gmail password in UVdesk?
You need generate and use an app password.
