Unsolved installation wizard not loading

Good day

I have installed Xampp and MySQL on Windows 10 and copied uvdesk to C:\xampp\htdocs folder ,I'm trying to start the installation on the UVdesk but the installation wizard is not working, only showing the page below.

What version of PHP are you running?

How did you install UVdesk: GithHub SSH, Docker, FTP?

Currently there is no developers and UVdesk staff member that are replying in the forum. On localhost I stopped to install UVdesk because of issues also with mailparse support.

You can try to check if there are some error log that can help you.
Unfortunately I'm not a developer or a UVdesk staff member but just a passionate UVdesk user that try to help in this forum.
