I'm sorry for the issue you are reporting.
Can you try to use a different email address maybe not from your domain?

I could think the error you get can be related to the certificate that your domain email use. Maybe is a self signed certificate so not valid?

In this case the issue is on your email server configuration.
Could you maybe try with Gmail?

For use Gmail in UVdesk you need set and use an app password.
