@emirates_visa in the forum, you cannot insert bio or profile avatar until your account is not used for some time. If you need customization you can try to ask to the commercial support, this may help the project and maybe will be solve your request. You can ask for that in a ticket to the UVdesk team if you want to contribute to have the customization, if this will be possible for developers.
nstructions on previous messages say to replace dev with prod not to add APP_ENV=prod so you just replaced I hope. Be sure to do not create duplicate lines in the .env file.
I put a # before APP_ENV=dev the line and added a new line APP_ENV=prod . I think that makes it a comment. This seemed to work and I was able to create a few users but them my VM froze.
When you run php bin/console c:c as root account this can create issues. The command should be run not as root but as normal SSH user.
I was a normal user, no sudo
The user I am logged in to is part of the www-data group but I see permission in the /var/www/uvdesk/var/cache/* dir are read only for group and other

The garbage can is on the home page but it was blocked by the dev black line on the bottom. There's only a hint of the top of the can that is visable but I saw you can shrink that dev line to just an icon by clicking on the x

Actually UVdesk seems to be the best Help Desk Open Source solution that I found but it's not perfect.
I'm also stressed to be not able to upgrade to the latest version, to see a duplicate bugs that can turn the help desk into a unusable system, to have to delete all time emails manually because there is no option to move to trash but only permanent deletion.
I think I need have patience as this is open source free software so I have nothing to pretend... just hope things will be get fixed. Maybe I imagine also for the UVdesk team is not easy to maintain a free Open Source version.
I like OsTicket but is not responsive, for have responsivity currently need to pay for unofficial edits and I don't like this.
I tested other help desk (free) but often are too basical or with some security issue I found.
Is not easy to find a perfect software, anyway I hope things will improve in UVdesk, if not I will probably leave too.
If I will be still unable to upgrade I will move to something else because keep software update is a priority for me as can be security issue or strong improvements in new versions.
I believe with some patience, I hope, things get better.
Some improvement in UVdesk has been already done.

The actions you perform on daily bases symfony create a cache for that so that it will fetch data from store cache data and logs and other things is part of this.
Yes you can delete cache folder as well it and it will again create for you.

Two screenshots of this two pages can help.. I suggest to cover / hide from the screenshot the first part of the email before the @ .
If you use Gmail you will need maybe activate the two steps. Before activate the two step be sure you have full and update recovery options: email and phone number as described here.
Also, once you activate the two steps, generate and save recovery backup codes in a safe place where no one can access.
Once you done all this steps you will need generate a specific app password than use that password in UVdesk when you configure the email address instead use the Google account password.
