I have a scenario where in a workflow a Director needs to approve spend (Agent Role?), yet the Director is also a user of the support teams service (Customer?) in our support process.
What is the best way to configure a 'Dual Role' so that they can independently perform both needs with a single eMail account? [But obviously can't create an Agent Login and a Customer Login as they cannot use the same email account]
Any ideas - or am I looking in the wrong way at my base problem?
