      If i am not wrong, you was pass the wrong email address
      test@example.com => support@example.info

      As i can see in the above settings, your email address is support@example.info & you are trying with test@example.com.

      Run the below command:
      php /home/accountname/public_html/desk/bin/console uvdesk:refresh-mailbox support@example.info

      @Ricsca This is the feature in uvdesk that a customer can reply from email as well.

      For that reply, you should have alredy setup that mailbox & cron job which will help you to convert mails into ticket or thread.

      Are you aware from that, if yes then we also provide you that solution that only shows the first few words of the answer

      Below are the following hardware requirement for uvdesk:
      Processor: 1.60GHz or higher
      RAM: 3GB or higher

      If your system hardware matched the above specification then It should work smooth with 30/100 tickets as well.

      Have you set up the mailbox & swift mailer to get the notification and send notifications on ticket creation, reply, Agent added, customer added &, etc?

      If you replaced the page then it should show the error. Have you placed the ticket in the trash folder? If yes, then also it will not convert email into the ticket.

      For now, send a sample mail on your mailbox email then try it again.

      Sorry, But this send e-mails translation feature is not available in Opensource UVdesk. If you want to send e-mails in two languages, you need a translator. Which is a paid service, available in SAAS UVDesk.

      As I understand your problem, you want to send the mail in your native language you can achieve this by just going into the email templates section.

      After open Email Template section you can see here multiple mails written in English .

      After Click on Edit button simply change the subject & body message in your native language so you can send e-mails to customers in more than one language.

      imap_open() warning is showing here because of two reason

      1. you entered the wrong Gmail password during the setup mailbox.
        to check your Gmail password which you entered during setup mailbox.
        open uvdesk_mailbox.yaml file & check here your mailbox setup password is
        correct or not .
      file location  : your_project_name->config->packages->uvdesk_mailbox.yaml
      
      1. In your Gmail account Less secure app permission is not enabled.
        If less secure permission is not enabled on your Gmail account please follow this link .

      After this, you can fetch mails by hit the refresh command.

      If you still get the same issue or any issue please let us know.
