Solved Sort Folders and Categories

I noticed that you cannot change the order of the Folders.
You can only set the order of categories within the folder.
If you set Layout number 3 (Category) you cannot set the order of the Categories instead.

This feature sort order option is only available in the categories option.
In the folder option, this feature is not available we will try it in the future.

I noticed that the order of the categories changes based on the last change.
The last changed categories (such as name) becomes the first
