Hi, we need wait a reply from a UVdesk staff member.I see you are installing UVdesk in a local host so why in what you pasted there is a link to a domain? Have you configured your domain in a localhost installation?
Also, when asking support indicate the step that reproduce the issue can help to made your request support more clear. What step did you take to get that error?
If the issue persist you can try to use the ready zip file downloadable at https://cdn.uvdesk.com/uvdesk/downloads/opensource/uvdesk-community-current-stable.zip
Just unzip and run on the browser the wizard pointing to the public folder.

@cngirwa we need wait a reply from an UVdesk staff member, this can take time.
If you have not tried yet and if you can try, you can download the zip file of UVdesk already ready to be installed by running the wizard on the web browser.
The zip file ready for wizard can be downloaded here:
https://cdn.uvdesk.com/uvdesk/downloads/opensource/uvdesk-community-current-stable.zipOnce unzipped on your server you can follow just the web wizard procedure.
If you need help with the docker compose installation you need wait an UVdesk staff member replyif you have success with the suggested way you can update this discussion to inform us.

What version of PHP and UVdesk are you using?If you think to found a bug you can report also on GitHub:

You can also try to see if you are able to reproduce on the demo: https://demo.uvdesk.com/I will keep this topic as unsolved hoping a UVdesk staff member can reply to you on next days.

What error do you get when switching to prod and try to login?
Did you checked if some errors are present in server error log or developer console?When you edit DEV to PROD do you clear also cache before login?
Are you sure to use the correct operator login link and not the customer login link? -
