      I only have one agent (which is me), how can I automatically assign the ticket to me?

        As @peopleinside suggested you need to need to make chanegs into workflow that will help you to assign ticket to yourself.

          @ricsca you can create a team group than assign this team group to your operator / admin profile.

          You will need also add a workflow that assign opened tickets to the team.

          This will create an email alert about the ticket.
          User will see the ticket assigned when you will reply to the ticket.

          If you wanna assign before the reply just maybe "play" with workflow where, if you are the only operator you can assign a new ticket directly to your operator profile.

          Have you tried to look in the workflow and tried to create a rule for assign tickets to yourself?

              So take your time and when you can try to work with workflow šŸ™‚ this should help you to resolve your issue.

              Here the support are limited and free: you need look into workflow and you should be able to resolve your issue. Once you looked in, if something is not clear you can go back on the forum and ask a specific question šŸ™‚

                  But wouldn't it be better if the tickets are assigned to a user by default and then in the case of customization then let the workflows be used?
                  99% of those with medium-large sites have only one who is responsible for answering the questions who is also the owner.
                  You have to make a cms as simple as possible to use if you want to make it popular ...
