Is the assistance chat (also present on the official website) a service that uvdesk offers?

@ricsca sorry but the live chat is not integrated. You can integrate by using a third part service: n UVdesk branding section you can insert a embed code for third part service live chat.

You have to choose a live chat service, you can do with a Google search.. there are many websites and company that offer different plans.

Lo stavo provando proprio ora è ho visto che hanno anche un servizio praticamente identico a uvdesk...

@ricsca uguale più o meno, dipende dalle tue esigenze.
Credo tu non possa avere un indirizzo email di supporto personalizzato per i ticket ma ti venga assegnato un indirizzo email randoom per i ticket, uno solo.

Per il resto se non dovesse soddisfare le esigenze ticket puoi usare il servizio per la live chat basta inserire il codice embed in UVdesk.

I suggested Tawk.to as live chat service. They offer also a sort of ticket system (not self-hosted but hosted by them) but where you cannot have maybe more email address and a support email address custom. I suggested this website as live chat service but you are free to decide yourself
