delete uvdesk root folder, use all file you provided under uvdesk root folder and put the old .env file never work. The Help desk load a empty white page. Maybe all email and other settings are missed?

I tried to replace only uvdesk folder (vendor/uvdesk) than replaced in config/packages folder the two files twig.yaml and uvdesk.yaml and inserted my ReCaptca site and secret key.

I can see reCaptcha but doesn't let me login in the operator side, doesn't work if I try to create a ticket... no recpatcha error showed, the send button never work.
Seems also removing the two files twig.yaml and uvdesk.yaml than cleaning chache the operator login never work and give a red error system login error.

As we have tested with a test recaptcha keys and also generated keys for localhost both are working perfectly.
If your PHP version is greater then greater then 7.3 then make is 7.2 or 7.3.

@Sanjeev Why I should use a PHP version that will deprecated in just some months?
I use PHP 7.4 as some updated software on my server require now the most updated version and is not PHP 8 that is the latest one but PHP 7.4
PHP 7.3 is still supported but quite old and is near the end of life.
If PHP 7.4 is not supported I cannot use your patch.
I use UvDesk with PHP 7.4 has no sense for me that you made a patch and this one is not compatible.
PHP 7.3 will be no more supported in about 8 months so some web application I use has been moved to PHP 7.4 that is not new but is supported for more long time.
If UVdesk is not compatible with PHP 7.4 this should have the priority to resolve, fix and the next PHP that will be after that will be PHP 8.0 already released but not yet fully supported by different applications. They are working on compatibility.
If you are for releasing a new version not compatible with PHP 7.4 I will be unable to update... also how long we should wait for have another update with PHP compatibility if you will release an update after different months not yet compatible with PHP 7.4 that is at the moment the best solution on my point of view looking at the end of life date?!
Also in those days jQuery has been updated but I cannot update in UVdesk because code seems need to be updated as well... so I suppose there are some old code that is or will be soon not compatible with PHP recent versions.
Currently I'm using PHP 7.4 that is not old and not too new.
My issue will be how update the instance on my server, not in localhost. If work in localhost is ok but doesn't solve the issue on my server.

Consider I tried to send email ticket from different Gmail email address to different ticket email address.
No ticket has been created if ticket arrive by email.
For the update process I just replaced uvdesk folder inside vendor and updated twig.yaml and uvdesk.yaml inside the config/packages
As the update never create ticket by email I need immediately resume the previous ticket version and wait for your support.
And the status ticket when customer are logged into the system are not translated.
In the list of customer ticket the status say open and is not translated on my language.

In the new version you can add the following strings to the Italian translation file. Latest two file line:

Well seems I can use the updated UVdesk but I need replace MailboxService.php with my old backup file so it works.

If you are unable to replicate please tell me the right process to update because just replacing the MailboxService.php the update never work. I'm now using the latest version i updated by replacing vendor/uvdesk folder completely and replaced uvdesk folder inside vendor and updated twig.yaml and uvdesk.yaml inside the config/packages
We have made some changes to convert mail which comes after a forwarding from another email Id into our mailbox (setup email in uvdesk).
But again verified with the current code in MailboxService.php into project.
and tickets are smoothly converting.
Please remove your all tickets from your ticket list and also from the trash folder and again run refresh command.
And make a try and let us know otherwise we will check again with more test cases.

@Sanjeev If you did not change the file for resolve the issue that ticket are not opened I tested the file without any ticket.
The old file I have work and the new did not work. Ticket are no more created. I send an email to my support email, cron run, email is flagged as read than ticket is not created.

So seems I'm not able to... use from zero your install or anyway you need fix things
Umh I get this after changing in .env file dev to prod and cleaning cache.
I suppose you use to test with dev and not with prod.
Your latest UVdesk are broken if is prod.
For switch to prod can you confirm is just necessary change dev to prod and clear cache?
I was able to test in dev (not in prod for error above) your last Mailer file and I can confirm ticket are not created.
@Sanjeev I do more test, still facing error.
