The only solution is to switch everyone to admin.

Only admin can change the team...

@leooxx thanks for the update! In this case we need wait a reply from an UVdesk staff member
In order to share the created saved replies you need to assign the created saved reply into a specific group and team.
The agents who are assigned into that group and team can able to access that shared saved reply accordingly.
If still have any kind of concern or query then do let us know so that we will check and assist further.
I am an admin, I can assign the answers to a group or a team.
But how the agent can assign this to share his replies with his team (currently the Group and Team fields are only visible in admin).

After additional messages with the support, it is not possible to do. Only an administrator can share Saved replies, an agent can't decide to share his answers for anyone.
I'm using Klutch chrome extension to share Replies in the team but the field in the ticket page on uvdesk is not a real html input (its a wysiwyg) and the Klutch extension not working very well...
Do you have any other ideas to do that ?

I see this topic has not been replied by the uvdesk staff but I suppose you was in contact by ticket or other channel.
I flagged the topic as resolved, this means the staff has been already read and replied here also if a solution has not been found. This sometimes happen.
I'm sorry for the issue with the field that get not recognized, currently I don't have any suggestion to give to you as I'm not a developer.
I hope you will find a good way or maybe you can try to report the issue you are having on the GitHub project as BUG or feature request: https://github.com/uvdesk/community-skeleton/issues but the fix or the implementetion are not sure and can take a long time.
