Hi everyone I'm back again
Thank you to those who helped me get my instance going I have went ahead and tried to setup email and well I've once again hit a road block. So what is working. If I make a reply in the ticketing software it sends the ticket to the customer. However if they try to then send one back to me over email I don't get a update in the system. I'm also not sure if I am suppose to be able to reply from my email to update the ticket however that's not working either. I did find some documentation saying that receiving mail is done via IMAP with email and needed to be setup via cron tab however running the command does not work and gives me this error
In RefreshMailboxCommand.php line 209:
Undefined constant "Webkul\UVDesk\MailboxBundle\
Console\CURLOPT_NOBODY"
If I refresh cache then it says it's fine but I'm unsure where to go from here

Let us know, you have verified the curl and dom extension is installed or not. For checking the extension follow the below command:
$ php -m
If curl extension is not installed then follow the below command for installed curl extension:
$ sudo apt install php7.4-curl
Verify install of curl verison on Ubuntu by running:
$ curl --version
@Komal-Sharma curl is installed but not on my extension list. Dom is installed and is listed in the extension list
You have run the above mentioned curl command:
$ sudo apt install php7.4-curl
Because you have shared the screenshots here curl extension not showing. Can you please check once again your installed extensions.

This error shows your mailbox is not added with this domain: imappro.zoho.com
Once you can setup again with the add correct app password of your zoho email.
We suggested to you, once you can try with the any other email services like gmail, yahoo instead of zoho mail.

@Komal-Sharma Ok so now I got everything working looks like it was not pointing to the right folder however now whenever someone replys to a email to add more context to a issue it makes another ticket

Let us know, which email service you are using. Also, you are saying that reply from email side then mailbox refreshed creates a new ticket on helpdesk instead of added in same ticket thread.
Can you please tell us you have mail reply in which email templates, in create ticket mail received or another email templates.

Yes that is the problem that I am having.

I'm not sure where to see where I have mail reply in my templates. Everything is on the default settings for it I have not touched my templates yet. Could you point me in the direction where to find "mail reply" in my templates

Once you make a try with the new ticket create from your congiured mailbox. You can check the mail, when reply from dahboard or create new ticket then received a mail (email templates).
If you reply from this email template then should be added a mail reply in same ticket thread.
Let us know, which email service you are using zoho or gmail, outlook, yahoo.
This seems to have been a glitch going on with setting up email I am thinking anyway I left it alone all night and came back this morning and the problem has disappeared for now. Thank you for all of your help getting this setup I will update if it starts doing weird things again
