Hi everyone I'm back again

Thank you to those who helped me get my instance going I have went ahead and tried to setup email and well I've once again hit a road block. So what is working. If I make a reply in the ticketing software it sends the ticket to the customer. However if they try to then send one back to me over email I don't get a update in the system. I'm also not sure if I am suppose to be able to reply from my email to update the ticket however that's not working either. I did find some documentation saying that receiving mail is done via IMAP with email and needed to be setup via cron tab however running the command does not work and gives me this error
In RefreshMailboxCommand.php line 209:

Undefined constant "Webkul\UVDesk\MailboxBundle\
Console\CURLOPT_NOBODY"

If I refresh cache then it says it's fine but I'm unsure where to go from here

Any insight is apperceived thank you
