Hi, I've been setting up uvdesk on an AWS lightsail LAMP instance.

I was having some difficulty with the installation wizard, it kept getting stuck when trying to set up the super admin, so I found a post that provided a zip file uvdesk.sql which i was able to import into my database... seems to have worked a dream.

I have uvdesk set up nicely, and have decided to set the APP_ENV=prod in .env.

however now in prod mode, when i visit my url without /en/ at the end it reverts back to the installation wizard.. and it also throws an error when trying to log in

Please let me know if you need any more information... I really appreciate anyone willing to help.

      Kind Regards
      Nathan

Are you able to log in to dev mode?

If not, please make a try the below methods:

        • Check your read/write permissions enable or not in the .env file

        • In the last cache clear of your project with this command:

        php bin/console c:c

        and try again.
