Solved Agent having login id and password

Wanted to have a login id and password for each agent respectively

Hello @suya
Only support agent will have the access to check and reset the password. Since
each Agent email address will receive an email notification on their registered email id that contains a set password link.

Yes, obviously login id and password will be for each agent. once you add a agent they will receive email for the same and set their password respectively.
