Solved Error Unknown Converting Emails to Tickets

    kindly see below when trying to fetch emails

    C:\Bitnami\wampstack-8.1.11-0\apache2\htdocs\ticket>php bin/console uvdesk:refresh-mailbox comp@redsquirrel-bh.com

    1. Processing uvdesk mailbox configuration.

    2. Opening imap stream...

    3. IMAP stream opened.

    4. Fetching Email collection since 01 November 2022.

    5. Total fetched email -> 3

    6. Starting to convert Emails into Tickets ->
      =============================================
      =============================================

    Converting email 1 out of 3.

    Error ->

    C:\Bitnami\wampstack-8.1.11-0\apache2\htdocs\ticket>

                @mmasri6 you have been asked to open a ticket. The Staff will follow you by ticket. You can always update also this discussion once your issue is solved. Is not possible for me follow the case in the ticket so the topic is solved because you get the reply to open a ticket 🙂

                  @peopleinside Dear Admin, i couldn't get the help needed before i opened a topic here. once i did i got the help and attention needed. the ticketing staff are layabout. I've been trying to seek help from the ticketing staff for the last 2 weeks and i have hired 3 freelancers with no luck, until i found this forum. anyway, thank you we decided to dump uvesk project as its not stable and the paid support service is very poor.

                    @mmasri6 I'm sorry to read about your support experience.
                    I'm not part of the UVdesk staff but I'm just providing help here, you get a reply from a UVdesk staff member that suggested to share some file content by ticketing.

                    I cannot help more unfortunately and also if this topic still be flagged as unsolved I dont think you will get more help.

                    Solved or not is just a way to help understand topics with a staff reply or topic that still need the Staff attention.

                    Usually UVdesk staff reply to tickets but you may need have patience as the reply is not maybe so fast. Developers and staff can be busy.
