This seems to have been a glitch going on with setting up email I am thinking anyway I left it alone all night and came back this morning and the problem has disappeared for now. Thank you for all of your help getting this setup I will update if it starts doing weird things again

I'm not sure where to see where I have mail reply in my templates. Everything is on the default settings for it I have not touched my templates yet. Could you point me in the direction where to find "mail reply" in my templates -

@Komal-Sharma Ok so now I got everything working looks like it was not pointing to the right folder however now whenever someone replys to a email to add more context to a issue it makes another ticket
Any ideas for that one?

@Komal-Sharma Update the command is sudo apt install php-curl that worked
however I see this when I try to fetch mail now I'm guessing it's something with Zoho and not the software

@Komal-Sharma curl is installed but not on my extension list. Dom is installed and is listed in the extension list

Hi everyone I'm back again
Thank you to those who helped me get my instance going I have went ahead and tried to setup email and well I've once again hit a road block. So what is working. If I make a reply in the ticketing software it sends the ticket to the customer. However if they try to then send one back to me over email I don't get a update in the system. I'm also not sure if I am suppose to be able to reply from my email to update the ticket however that's not working either. I did find some documentation saying that receiving mail is done via IMAP with email and needed to be setup via cron tab however running the command does not work and gives me this error
In RefreshMailboxCommand.php line 209:Undefined constant "Webkul\UVDesk\MailboxBundle\
Console\CURLOPT_NOBODY"If I refresh cache then it says it's fine but I'm unsure where to go from here
Any insight is apperceived thank you

No its not I get a error saying that it refused to connect when I open the web ui. After I installed apache2 and it just loads the default apache page -

So currently trying to do it with php 8.1.2
Uvdesk 1.0.18
I couldn’t get composer to work because it was reading for php 7 and I couldn’t get php 7. So just with wget and manually run it -
