How to increase session expire or Logout time?

I have to update two redirection flow:

1. How to redirect on the knowledgebase page when tickets submitted by unregistered users?

2. How to redirect on ticket list page when ticket submitted by login users?

It may difficult to find which users should add when having two similar name. Thus is there any way where i can display only users email while adding them in group?

If a customer create a ticket via web or sending mail , ticket creates but attachment name is different .
if customer send xml file in attachment it also changes the type to txt !
i've tried with , jpeg,png,zip, and rar file , it only change file name.

I have installed UVdesk successfully and thanks for the brief documentation.
but there is one issue when i tried to refresh the mailbox command I am getting this - imap_open : couldn't open stream for gmail
I didn't find any solution in the document, can anyone help me?
Note: I am using gmail for set up
