I have successfully installed Uvdesk Help Desk in docker and it is running properly. But I have problem about not sending mails.. When reply a dummy generated ticket. It is showing notification sending replay successfully but I have not received this mail.
So How I can solve this?

Let us know which version of uvdesk you are using with docker installation and also where from you have follow the installation steps for this project, please share a link.
Can you please share a screenshots of the swiftmailer, mailbox, and email settings option.
