      Hello:

I just installed uvdesk, and it was working well while I configured the agent accounts. However, as soon as I tried to configure a swiftmailer (following the instructions on the uvdesk support page), nothing at all works. No matter what I try to do, I get a swiftmailer error, even for pages that have nothing to do with it. The root index page, the agents page, everything gives this error (see screenshot below). Any advice?

You can create a ticket from here.

Also, share these files of your project on the support ticket helpdesk:
        composer.json and composer.lock

I just realized I should have posted some technical info about my instance.

          • I'm using the open source version running on a VM using Ubuntu 20.04(LTS).
uvdesk version 1.1.1 downloaded from website and installed manually using
            https://www.uvdesk.com/en/blog/installation-open-source-helpdesk-uvdesk/.

          • apache version 2.4

          • mySQL version 8.0.31

          • PHP version 7.4.3

          • Composer version 2.4.4

This is a fresh VM, with nothing else installed on it.
