Solved Editor for Ticket Creation

Hello,
I've a question regarding the editor used during ticket creation (logged or not) : during ticket creation, there is only a textarea.
Is it possible to use a full editor like the one used when you type a reply (tinymce I think) without the need to rewrite complete parts of the code ?We are testing UVDesk and test users are complaining they cannot easily copy/paste images when creating a ticket for instance.

@stef have you tried the UVdesk version 1.0.18?
A recently update that I request introduce a small al limited HTML editor.
I tried to paste a text with images and seems works.I use it on my personal Help Desk

Thanks a lot for the answers. I'll update Uvdesk to 1.0.18 and check this little editor.
