    Solved Convert ticket for registered emails only

      By default UVdesk convert all emails sended to mailboxes into tickets.
      Is it possible to convert tickets only from registered emails?

        Found a solution.
        On SPAM Settings, blacklist @
        At the witelist put the emails allowed.
        In my case I put @domains.ext, name@domain2.ext

              Yes, you can block ticket conversion from your mailbox into ticket by simply using spam setting and add those emails or domains into block list and ticket will not create for that particular email domains or email id.
