Dear Concern,

I have currently installed uvdesk on windows platform with the help of WAMP server. I have successfully installed the application. However, I am not able to create tickets from email. I have a privately hosted email service for configuring the same i have already referred the videos from official site. The configuration looks fine as when i use, forgot password i am able to receive the email with reset link in it.

Only the issue that i am facing right now is IMAP configuration for incoming mails.
where the mails marked to an email id as support id, automatically converts it into a ticket.
