Please suggest how we can permantly delete the tickets? or make deleted ticket restore.

@Donald-T-Walker maybe you need delete the email as uvdesk never delete emails.
Once email that has generated ticket has been deleted you can delete the ticket.

If the ticket has been create from the web you will have no issue on deleting it and will also not need to delete email as will be no email.

You can restore a deleted ticket only if you never deleted for two times. Navigating the ticket system you will find delete ticket section and from here you can restore.
