When agent is created no info on where login is present on the welcome email.



  • The standard email template that welcome new operator should give info to the operator where log-in.
    If you add an agent the agent will receive an email asking to setup password, after that the agent are redirected to the user help desk interface not to the operator interface.

    Suggestion in this case are two:

    • include a line in the email template who explain to the operator where the login operator URL will be. Actually I don't see any tag, attribute that can generate automatically this URL
    • after agent set a password redirect to the agent operator login page

    We will try to include it in Email template used for agent account creation email.

    A single email can be added as a agent as well as a customer so it is hard to know who is setting the password at that time as a common function used for both.



  • @Sanjeev yes understand. It's not one of the most important things to implement and can be easily bypassed by an administrator that configure customizing the agent welcome template.

    Yes, admin can place login link in account creation email templates for agent as well as for customer.
