Hello everyone! I have a simple question. I would like to understand the default way data is stored in UVdesk. For example, if I have a 200GB hard disk, what happens when it becomes full? Also, I'm curious to know if there is an option to customize how long the data is retained. Thank you!

Thank you for your response. I would like to know if there is an option in UVdesk to set a specific limit for data retention. For instance, can I configure UVdesk to only keep data for 30 days? Alternatively, is it possible to define a retention period of 1 month or 1 year? I hope this clarifies my question.

At this moment, we have not added like this data retention policy for opensource uvdesk.
If you want more data storage so you can increased your hard-disk space.

        Thanks and Regards

Hi @noman are you an automated profile?
I don't understand well your question: this is an open source ticket system. If your disk space is full the app cannot work as any other app.

Tickets are not deleted himself, if you need space you need maybe delete tickets.
