This seems to be an issue for quite a few people and I have not yet seen a definitive answer to it.

How do you configure Amazon SES as an SMTP service?

I have obtained an SMTP username and password in SES and edited the YAML file which contains those details as per other posts:

      SES Username
      SES Password
      SES SMTP Server
      Port 587
      Login
      TLS

Yet it still will not connect and work. I am NOT a programmer or developer but can find my way around and edit files as needed.

I need to use SES unfortunately and if I can't resolve this it will be reason to pick a different helpdesk, which I really don't want to do!

If anyone can provide simple instruction please I would be very grateful

      Thanks

Currently we have used swift mailer normal email sending process in code as we are sending email using this.

For Amazon AWS you need to update some code for the same to send using Amazon AWS here.

You can check below link for help:

Let us know, you have setup in swiftmailer.yaml file and uvdesk.yaml file under your-project-folder/config/packages/swiftmailer.yaml file.

Can you please, share your screenshots of your configuration in swiftmailer and email settings option.
