Solved Import/Export functions in the community edition?

Hi, given this article: https://support.uvdesk.com/en/blog/how-to-import-data-from-helpscout-to-uvdesk, does the import/export functionality exist in the community edition? Or does it need additional apps?

This is here to inform you that this integration is not available as of now with the opensource UVdesk helpdesk. But we can make this done via customization which would be paid service.
