Step 3 - fine,
Step 4 - fine (php 7.4 etc..)
Step 5 - database - for sure good credentials (no special chars) and got such error:

run php bin/console c:c in your root directory

unfortunately I don't have access to the console (server is Web based, access via cpanel.

it will help you to get console in Cpanel.
or check the permission of read & write must given to the uvdesk project.
Please enable read/write permission for .env file.
Also increase max_execution_time in php.ini file.
restart your server and setup again and make a try once.
