@Komal-Sharma Yes, that was it! I needed to install php-xml for PHP 8.1 specifically (php8.1-xml) since that's what UVdesk is using.

@Komal-Sharma I followed the steps in that GitHub issue and now I no longer get the "imap_open" error but at the very end of the fetching email, I get the following error:

I'm trying to set up the mailbox so when users reply to ticket emails via email, it'll reach UVdesk and match it to the ticket (hoping that's how it works?). Also for opening new tickets via email.

Nothing's happening with my configuration; when I run php bin/console uvdesk:refresh-mailbox {mailbox email} I get the following error:
