Hi everyone, is it possible to create a reply email to the customer when the agent resolves the ticket? I can't find the "ticket resolved" event. I tried to create a workflow with event "Ticket - Agente Update" no conditions and action with mail to customer.

i update uvdesk.yalm, i replaced "localhost:8000" with the ip address

it's not permission problems, just for test, i set permission 777 for only var/log folder. "administrator" is normal user with the administrator name. I have a message with error -> and nothing more.

hi, i have reinstall all. Php version is correct and the project running well. I configurated the mailbox and the swift mailer correctly. When i try to update the mail i recive this error. I made sure the permissions are correct.
I can't find the error

thanks, the error has changed now. I have a problem with permission, now i'm checking.

i have set permission like that:
For .env file – chmod 775 -R path of .env file of UVdesk project

For var folder -chmod 775 -R path of var folder of UVdesk project

For config folder – chmod 775 -R path of config folder of UVdesk project

and after i receive this error:

As we understand some of the user don't want to show knowlegebase to their customer instead they want to redirect customer to directly into customer login page.

For this you need to make a slight changes in your code.

Please follow the steps given below:

• Locate path in your project.
  vendor/uvdesk/support-center-bundle/resources/config/routes/public.yaml

Open public.yaml file replace line no. 3 (controller: Webkul\UVDesk\SupportCenterBundle\Controller\Website::home) by:

controller: Webkul\UVDesk\SupportCenterBundle\Controller\Customer::login

Finally run command php bin/console c:c from project root directory.
