First of all, great project! Love the work you jhave done with UVdesk.
I've installed UVdesk, everything is running smoothly with the exception of the following 2 issues:
1# - UVdesk doesn't convert to tickets emails that were sent to a capitalized email.
Mailbox email is: email@example.com
If the client emails me at firstname.lastname@example.org I can import and convert to ticket the email. However, if the client emails me at Myemail@company.com, altough UVdesk imports the email, it does not convert it to a ticket.
If I create a new mailbox, with the email Myemail@company.com. I am now able to convert the email I received to a ticket.
2# - UVdesk imports emails received by web form but doesn't convert them to ticket.
I have a web form on my site that allows clients to email me at email@example.com. So I receive an email "from: firstname.lastname@example.org" "to: email@example.com" containing the client's email and message in the email content.
However, if I try to bring these emails (submited via web form), to my UVdesk account, once again, although UVdesk imports these emails, it does not convert them into tickets.
Question: How can I solve this? I've spent quite a few days trying to debug this issue and solve it, but I can't seem to make it work.
