  • Issue with fethcing some emails

    Hello everyone,

First of all, great project! Love the work you jhave done with UVdesk.

I've installed UVdesk, everything is running smoothly with the exception of the following 2 issues:

1# - UVdesk doesn't convert to tickets emails that were sent to a capitalized email.
    Example:

    Mailbox email is: myemail@company.com

If the client emails me at myemail@company.com I can import and convert to ticket the email. However, if the client emails me at Myemail@company.com, altough UVdesk imports the email, it does not convert it to a ticket.

If I create a new mailbox, with the email Myemail@company.com. I am now able to convert the email I received to a ticket.

Question: How can I solve with this without creating countless capitalized mailbox versions of my email? (e.g. mYemail@company.com, mYeMaIl@company.com)

2# - UVdesk imports emails received by web form but doesn't convert them to ticket.
    Example:

I have a web form on my site that allows clients to email me at techsupport@company.com. So I receive an email "from: techsupport@company.com" "to: techsupport@company.com" containing the client's email and message in the email content.

However, if I try to bring these emails (submited via web form), to my UVdesk account, once again, although UVdesk imports these emails, it does not convert them into tickets.

Question: How can I solve this? I've spent quite a few days trying to debug this issue and solve it, but I can't seem to make it work.

Thank you for your time 🙂
