      Estimados, tuve problemas para enviar correos desde un principio, pero luego de actualizar el servidor centos 7 funcionó el envío de correos. Ahora me encuentro con el siguiente inconveniente:

      • Al crear un ticket desde la plataforma el cliente recibe un correo, pero el agente (miembro) no recibe notificación por correo, solo en la plataforma al actualizar.

      • El cliente al enviar directamente un correo para solicitar soporte no se crea un ticket automáticamente.

      Favor si me pueden ayudar con el inconveniente ya que generé un ticket hace un tiempo y aún no recibo respuesta.

        You can try to set a workflow for inform the operator about the ticket.

            @juancarlosfelipe when you log-in in the admin dashboard you can create workflow to create email notification for operator.

            If the issue is that the ticket email are not converted into tickets this is a different issue.

              @peopleinside perfect, the workflow is very clear to me, it worked perfectly. What can I do about not creating tickets automatically when sending an email?

                  @peopleinside Estimado, antes de seguir con los próximos pasos...dónde veo que actualización tenemos instalada? Y si tengo la 1.1.0 y no la 1.1.1 ¿Cómo lo podré actualizar? ¿Se instala nuevamente todo?
